Shipping and Handling

Shipping Calculation:

$  10.00 - $ 49.99     $ 8.00
$  50.00 - $ 99.99     $15.00

$200.00 and over      $35.00
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard USPS Ground
USPS Second Day
USPS Overnite Express Mail

Buyer prepays. We ship usually by USPS in the U.S.A. However we will use other shipping means if we think it is necessary or expedient.
 
Payment may be by major credit card, cashier's check/money order or a personal/business check  by PayPal. Money orders or checks must be on U.S.A. funds only. A personal/business check will delay shipment by 10 days. Virginia residents add .045 on purchase price for sales tax. For international shipping please see below.
 
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Winning buyers from Outside U.S.A. must pay ACTUAL Shipping Costs and must pay with major credit card or a money order/cashier's check on U.S.A. funds only via PayPal. We ship usually by U.S.A. Postal Service. However we will use other shipping means if we think it is necessary or expedient.

Returns

If you are not satisfied just contact me within 3 days of receiving item. After receiving the item back in the same condition it was sent, I will send you a complete refund. This does not include shipping. However if I feel I made an important mistake in the listing I will even refund the shipping cost. How's that for buyer friendly return policy?

RETURNS
Didn't quite work for you?
We offer a credit or exchange for merchandise returned in saleable condition within 14 days. You must email first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please send your return in a well-padded envelope with the original receipt and indicate the RMA#.
We are not obligated to accept returns of merchandise that have been worn or damaged, or of Custom Orders.

REPAIRS
Merchandise Repairs will be done for a minimal charge and generally take between 2-4 weeks. Please ship us your item insured, including contact information and a description of the problem.

PRIVACY
We collect contact and financial information (credit cards)in order to process transactions. All information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share any personal information.
