Returns
If you are not satisfied just
contact me within 3 days of receiving item. After receiving the item back in the same condition it was sent, I will send you
a complete refund. This does not include shipping. However if I feel I made an important mistake in the listing I will even
refund the shipping cost. How's that for buyer friendly return policy?
RETURNS Didn't quite work for you? We offer a credit or exchange for merchandise returned in saleable condition
within 14 days. You must email first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please send your return
in a well-padded envelope with the original receipt and indicate the RMA#. We are not obligated to accept returns of merchandise
that have been worn or damaged, or of Custom Orders.
REPAIRS Merchandise Repairs will be done for a minimal charge
and generally take between 2-4 weeks. Please ship us your item insured, including contact information and a description of
the problem.
PRIVACY We collect contact and financial information (credit cards)in order to process transactions.
All information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share any personal information.
